From sorted problems to a solution built for you

Once your problems are sorted, pi can prepare a solution document and a quote. You decide what happens next.

Payment never happens inside the chat, and pi never asks for card numbers. “Sorted” means noted and grouped. It doesn’t mean solved.

The path

  1. Your problems are sorted. You’ve told pi what’s going wrong and seen what it has noted.
  2. pi asks if you’d like a solution. Only when you’re ready. pi won’t send a document or a quote unless you say yes.
  3. You get a solution document and a quote. Shared in the chat.
  4. You review, ask, and decide. Approve, change, or say no.
  5. You pay, then Workzap begins. Once you’ve approved the quote and your payment is confirmed, Workzap begins your project with a kickoff.

A plain-language document that sets out the solution Workzap would build for your problems.

  • Your problems, in your words. Taken from what you told pi, so you can check it’s right.
  • What Workzap would build. The solution, described simply.
  • What it covers. The parts of your business it touches.
  • What it won’t do. Said plainly, so there are no surprises.

Your quote

A written quote for building the solution: what’s included, what it costs, how long it takes, and how payment works.

A quote is an offer. It isn’t a charge.

Check it, change it, or say no

Read both on your phone or computer. Ask pi questions. You can ask for changes to the quote. Saying no is fine, and nothing is charged.

Approve and pay

When you’re happy, you approve the quote.

  • Bank transfer. The bank details are on your approved quote. Workzap confirms when the transfer arrives.

Then Workzap builds

Once your payment is confirmed, Workzap begins your project, starting with a kickoff to agree the details.

You stay in control

  • Nothing is charged until you approve. A quote is an offer, not a charge.
