What is a solution document?
A plain-language document that sets out the solution Workzap would build for the problems you’ve told pi about. pi prepares it only if you ask.
What does the quote include?
A written quote for building the solution. A quote is an offer, not a charge.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. You can say no, and nothing is charged until you approve a quote.
How do I pay?
Not inside the chat. After you approve a quote, you pay by bank transfer. The details come with the quote.
When does building start?
Once you’ve approved the quote and your payment is confirmed, Workzap begins with a kickoff to agree the details.
Can I change the quote?
You can ask for changes to the quote.
What if pi gets something wrong?
